Ingredients

  • 4 pitta breads
  • 1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup of diced red onions
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your toaster to medium heat.

  2. Carefully open each pitta bread to form a pocket.

  3. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, parsley, and feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Stuff each pitta pocket with the chicken mixture.

  5. Place the filled pitta pockets into the toaster and toast for about 3-5 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the filling is heated through.

  6. Remove from the toaster and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

  7. Enjoy your delicious toaster pitta pockets!
