  • 1 cup thick yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the thick yogurt, chopped dill, chopped parsley, minced garlic, and lemon juice.

  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve immediately as a dip with chips, veggies, or spread on sandwiches.
