Ingredients

  • 1 pointed cabbage, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 cup white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  2. Add onion and garlic and sauté until softened.

  3. Add fennel seeds and cook for another minute.

  4. Add the sliced cabbage to the pan and stir well.

  5. Pour in the white wine and season with salt and pepper.

  6. Cover the pan and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
