  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, fennel, pomegranate seeds, and parsley.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss well to combine.
