Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 4 equal squares.

  3. In a bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, brown sugar, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

  4. Spoon the pecan mixture onto each square of puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.

  5. Roll up each square tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and crispy.

  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
