- 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 green chili, seeded and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a food processor, blend together the peas, mint leaves, green chili, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with additional fresh mint leaves.
