Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 green chili, seeded and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend together the peas, mint leaves, green chili, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with additional fresh mint leaves.

  4. Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
