How To Make Mushroom Brunch Recipe

- 8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 eggs
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and dried thyme to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, until fragrant.

Season the mushroom mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.

In a separate skillet, fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
