Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp juniper berries, crushed
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large baking dish, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, crushed juniper berries, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread the sprouts out in a single layer and roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until tender and slightly caramelized, stirring once.

  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
