How To Make Juniper-Glazed Sprouts

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp juniper berries, crushed
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large baking dish, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, crushed juniper berries, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Spread the sprouts out in a single layer and roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until tender and slightly caramelized, stirring once.
