How To Make Herby Persian Frittata

- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, fresh dill, parsley, cilantro, mint, turmeric, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the frittata is set in the center.
