How To Make Goat’s Cheese, Potato & Onion Tart

Ingredients
- 1 ready-made pie crust
- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 200g goat’s cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust and press it into a tart pan. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced potatoes and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the caramelized onions evenly over the pie crust. Arrange the cooked potatoes on top.

Sprinkle the crumbled goat’s cheese over the tart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
