- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup diced vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, or spinach)
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 9-inch (23 cm) oven-safe skillet or baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the diced vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes or until they are slightly tender.
