How To Make Crusty Pasta & Broccoli Bake

Ingredients
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes until slightly tender.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sautéed broccoli, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the pasta mixture to the greased baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
