How To Make Crispy Pan-Fried Gnocchi

Ingredients
- 1 lb gnocchi
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and dried thyme, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet, spreading it out into an even layer. Let it cook undisturbed for about 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on one side.

Flip the gnocchi using a spatula and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until crispy on the other side.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and serve hot, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese and garnished with fresh parsley.
