Ingredients

  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and dried thyme, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet, spreading it out into an even layer. Let it cook undisturbed for about 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on one side.

  4. Flip the gnocchi using a spatula and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until crispy on the other side.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Remove from heat and serve hot, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese and garnished with fresh parsley.
