How To Make Peanut Butter Parfait with Cherry Compote

Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.

In a saucepan, combine cherries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until cherries soften and release their juices, about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let the cherry compote cool.

In serving glasses or bowls, layer the peanut butter yogurt mixture and cherry compote.

Repeat the layers until all the mixture and compote are used.

Top with crushed peanuts for garnish.

Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
