How To Make Chia & Yogurt Puddings with Berries

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.

Divide the mixture evenly into 4 dessert cups or glasses.

Cover the cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and the pudding has thickened.
