Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.

  2. Divide the mixture evenly into 4 dessert cups or glasses.

  3. Cover the cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and the pudding has thickened.

  4. Before serving, top each pudding cup with a generous amount of mixed berries.

  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
