  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup pitted dates, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried berries (such as cranberries, cherries, or blueberries)
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, dates, dried berries, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, and chia seeds.

  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

  3. Serve the muesli with your choice of milk or yogurt and top with fresh berries or sliced bananas.
