How To Make Cheese & Pickle Pinwheels

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 8 sweet or dill pickles, sliced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the cheese slices evenly on top of the puff pastry.

Arrange the pickle slices on top of the cheese.

Roll up the pastry tightly, starting from one of the long sides.

Cut the rolled pastry into 1-inch thick slices.

Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the pinwheels are golden brown and crispy.
