How To Make Cheese & Garlic Pull-Apart Loaf

Who says vegetarians don’t get to enjoy savory meals? A taste of these authentic vegetarian recipes will make you change your mind. So, you just might want to go vegetarian after your first bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Using a serrated knife, make diagonal cuts into the loaf of French bread, about 1 inch apart, without cutting all the way through the bottom.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Stir well.

  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture between each cut, making sure to get it evenly distributed.

  5. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese between each cut, allowing it to get into the crevices of the bread.

  6. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  10. Sprinkle the fresh parsley over the top of the loaf.

  11. Serve hot and enjoy!
