- 2 large onions, sliced
- 4 medium tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.

In a bowl, toss the onion slices and tomato halves with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place the onions and tomatoes on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until charred and softened.

Remove from the grill and let them cool slightly.
