How To Make Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe

Ingredients
- 400g spaghetti
- 200g pecorino cheese, grated
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain the pasta, reserving some of the cooking water.

In a large bowl, mix the grated pecorino cheese and black pepper.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl with the cheese mixture. Gradually add some of the reserved pasta water, stirring well, until the cheese melts and creates a creamy sauce.

Season with salt to taste and serve immediately.
