- 1 package of cheese tortellini (16 oz)
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions

Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, cherry tomatoes, basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Toss well to coat everything evenly.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
