How To Make Vegan Ginger Loaf Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and greased a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, molasses, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, slice and serve.
