How To Make Vegan Fried Chicken
Turning vegan may look challenging for some, especially for those who can’t turn their eyes away from meat. But they just haven’t found these sumptuous vegan recipes that even non-vegans will surely enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 block of extra-firm tofu
- 1 cup of plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp of soy sauce
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

Press tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into desired chicken-like shapes.

In a shallow dish, mix plant-based milk, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce.

In another shallow dish, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Dip tofu pieces into the milk mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.

Fry tofu in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

Remove from pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
