How To Make Tofu Turkey I Recipe
Turning vegan may look challenging for some, especially for those who can’t turn their eyes away from meat. But they just haven’t found these sumptuous vegan recipes that even non-vegans will surely enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, nutritional yeast, thyme, sage, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cut the tofu horizontally to create two equal-sized pieces.

Place the tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush both sides with the soy sauce mixture.

Drizzle olive oil over the tofu.

Bake the tofu in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and carefully flip the tofu. Brush the other side with the remaining soy sauce mixture.

Return to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes, or until the tofu is golden brown and firm.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
