How To Make Turmeric Latte

A warm and comforting beverage with the anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric, perfect for relaxation.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.

  2. Whisk in the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

  3. Continue to whisk until well combined and heated through, about 5 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and pour into mugs.

  5. Optional: Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
