How To Make Ruby Tuesday Burger Recipe

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 slices of red onion
  • For the secret sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape them into patties.

  3. Heat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

  4. In the meantime, make the secret sauce by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl.

  5. Toast the buns on the grill or on a toaster.

  6. Assemble the burgers by spreading the secret sauce on the bottom bun, then adding the cooked patty, a slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Serve immediately.
