How To Make Ruby Tuesday Burger Recipe
A juicy and flavorful burger with a secret sauce that brings all the flavors together.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 brioche buns
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 4 slices of tomato
- 4 slices of red onion
- For the secret sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape them into patties.

Heat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

In the meantime, make the secret sauce by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl.

Toast the buns on the grill or on a toaster.

Assemble the burgers by spreading the secret sauce on the bottom bun, then adding the cooked patty, a slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Serve immediately.
