How To Make Refried Bean Quesadillas
A delicious and satisfying dish made with refried beans, melted cheese, and tortillas.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 can of refried beans
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (such as cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup of diced red onion
- Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

Warm the refried beans in a separate saucepan over low heat.

Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with a quarter of the shredded cheese.

Spread a quarter of the refried beans onto one half of the tortilla.

Fold the tortilla in half and cook until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.

Serve the quesadillas hot, topped with diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, diced red onion, and any desired toppings.
