A delightful dessert combining the sweetness of raspberries and the crunch of pistachios in a creamy parfait.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of raspberries
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of crushed pistachios
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree 1 cup of raspberries with honey until smooth.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract.

  3. Layer the raspberry puree, Greek yogurt, and crushed pistachios in serving glasses.

  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of raspberries.

  5. Garnish with remaining raspberries and crushed pistachios.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
