How To Make Pumpkin Spice Cookies
Delightful, warm and cozy pumpkin spice cookies that melt in your mouth!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup powdered sugar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.

In a separate bowl, beat butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.

Add pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla extract and mix well.

Stir in the dry ingredients until just combined.

Using a cookie scoop (1 tbsp), drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned and firm.

Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
