How To Make Pistachio & Milk Chocolate Squares

These indulgent squares are the perfect blend of creamy milk chocolate and crunchy pistachios.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of pistachios, shelled and chopped
  • 1 cup of milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a heatproof bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips and butter together in the microwave or over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture and stir until well combined.

  4. Fold in the chopped pistachios, reserving a few for topping, if desired.

  5. Pour the mixture into the lined baking dish, spreading it evenly.

  6. Top with the reserved pistachios.

  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

  9. Serve and enjoy!
