How To Make Pistachio & Milk Chocolate Squares
These indulgent squares are the perfect blend of creamy milk chocolate and crunchy pistachios.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of pistachios, shelled and chopped
- 1 cup of milk chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a heatproof bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips and butter together in the microwave or over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.

In a separate bowl, mix together the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture and stir until well combined.

Fold in the chopped pistachios, reserving a few for topping, if desired.

Pour the mixture into the lined baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Top with the reserved pistachios.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
