Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread, cubed into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of pesto sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix the bread cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread the bread cubes onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

  4. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

  5. In a separate bowl, mix pesto sauce with a little bit of water to thin it out.

  6. Drizzle the pesto sauce over the croutons, tossing gently to ensure they are well-coated.
