Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tsp of lemon zest
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Cut bread into small cubes and place in a bowl.

  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, and salt.

  4. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes and toss to coat.

  5. Spread the bread cubes evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Serve over salads, soups, or eat as a snack.
