How To Make Pavlova Cake with Berries & Cream
A light and airy meringue cake topped with fresh berries and fluffy whipped cream.

Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a clean mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Gradually add in the granulated sugar, cornstarch, and vinegar, continuing to beat until the mixture is glossy and holds its shape.

Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a circle with slightly raised edges.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until the meringue is crisp and lightly golden. Allow it to cool completely.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Carefully transfer the cooled meringue onto a serving platter and spread the whipped cream evenly over the top.

Arrange the fresh berries on top of the whipped cream and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
