How To Make Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Creamy, refreshing, and loaded with chunks of chocolate. This ice cream is a perfect summer treat.

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ½. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture begins to steam.

Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips and chopped mint leaves until fully combined. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, until the ice cream is thick and creamy.

Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until firm.
