Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried lentils

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse lentils and place them in a slow cooker.

  2. Add broth, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Stir to combine and cook on low for 6 hours.

  4. Ladle soup into bowls, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
