Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 2 tsp of dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp of worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp of anchovy paste
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, croutons, and parmesan cheese.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, and lemon juice.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
