How To Make Healthy Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, avocado
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, rolled oats, red onion, bell peppers, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Form the mixture into 4 evenly sized burger patties.

Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Cook the burgers for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Toast the whole wheat burger buns if desired.
