How To Make Fresh Rosemary French Fries
Ingredients
- 3 medium Yukon Gold potatoes
- 1 tbsp rosemary, freshly chopped
- 1/8 tsp pepper, freshly ground
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp grapeseed oil, or olive oil
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place a large non-stick baking sheet on the middle rack in the oven.
-
Prepare potatoes by washing well and patting dry. Leaving the skin on, cut potatoes lengthwise then slice into long strips, about 1/8-inch in diameter.
-
Place potatoes in a medium-sized bowl and add rosemary, salt and pepper. Toss well, then add the oil and toss again until well coated.
-
Remove the baking sheet from oven and spray with cooking spray. Place potato slices on the baking sheet, spreading evenly.
-
Place into the oven for 15 minutes, checking periodically. Once they start turning golden brown, gently turn them over and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
-
Serve warm with your favorite burger.
