How To Make Fresh Rosemary French Fries

Prep: 10 mins
Cook: 30 mins
Total: 40 mins
Serves:

Ingredients

  • 3 medium Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, freshly chopped
  • 1/8 tsp pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp grapeseed oil, or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place a large non-stick baking sheet on the middle rack in the oven.

  2. Prepare potatoes by washing well and patting dry. Leaving the skin on, cut potatoes lengthwise then slice into long strips, about 1/8-inch in diameter.

  3. Place potatoes in a medium-sized bowl and add rosemary, salt and pepper. Toss well, then add the oil and toss again until well coated.

  4. Remove the baking sheet from oven and spray with cooking spray. Place potato slices on the baking sheet, spreading evenly.

  5. Place into the oven for 15 minutes, checking periodically. Once they start turning golden brown, gently turn them over and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

  6. Serve warm with your favorite burger.
