How To Make Healthy Banana Bread
This is a delicious and nutritious banana bread recipe that is perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add the eggs, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
