How To Make Gluten-Free Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe
Delicious stuffed bell peppers made with gluten-free ingredients.

Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers, halved and deseeded
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 tsp. paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

Add the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook until heated through.

Fill each pepper half with the beef and rice mixture.

Cover with foil and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until peppers are tender.
