How To Make Gluten-Free Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together applesauce, Greek yogurt, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Fold in chopped walnuts (if using).
