How To Make Gluten-Free Coconut Cake Recipe
A delicious gluten-free cake made with coconut flour and topped with creamy coconut frosting.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For the frosting:
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 6-inch cake pan.

In a bowl, mix together the coconut flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
