How To Make Gluten-Free Focaccia Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free flour mix
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp coarse sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a baking sheet.

  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, xanthan gum, yeast, and salt.

  3. Add olive oil and warm water, and mix until a sticky dough forms.

  4. Transfer dough to the greased baking sheet and press it down to form a rectangle.

  5. Sprinkle dried rosemary and coarse sea salt on the dough.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

  7. Enjoy warm with your favorite dip.
