How To Make Funfetti Cheesecake
This creamy and colorful Funfetti cheesecake is the perfect dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of Funfetti cake mix
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 packages (8 oz each) of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of rainbow sprinkles
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a bowl, combine the Funfetti cake mix, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the rainbow sprinkles.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is just set. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Once chilled, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and slice into portions. Serve and enjoy!
