- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch cake pan with cooking spray.
