How To Make Clean Eating Cauliflower Rice Recipe
A healthy and flavorful way to enjoy cauliflower as a rice substitute.

Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower head, cut into florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

Add olive oil and onions. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until soft.

Add garlic, cumin, and smoked paprika. Stir and cook for 1 minute.

Add cauliflower florets to the skillet. Stir to combine with the onion mixture.

Season with sea salt and black pepper. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until cauliflower is tender.

Remove from heat and stir in fresh herbs. Adjust seasoning if needed.
