How To Make Clean Eating Cauliflower Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower head, cut into florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add olive oil and onions. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until soft.

  3. Add garlic, cumin, and smoked paprika. Stir and cook for 1 minute.

  4. Add cauliflower florets to the skillet. Stir to combine with the onion mixture.

  5. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until cauliflower is tender.

  6. Remove from heat and stir in fresh herbs. Adjust seasoning if needed.
