How To Make Chocolate Peppermint Mini Rolls
A delectable dessert with a chocolatey and minty twist.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, mix together the sugar, oil, milk, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies evenly over the dough.

Starting from one long edge, tightly roll up the dough into a log.

Cut the log into mini rolls, about 1 inch thick, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
