How To Make Chickpea Flour Crackers

Crunchy, gluten-free crackers made with chickpea flour and spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  3. Add water and olive oil to the mixture, and stir until it forms a dough.

  4. Roll out the dough onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, until it’s about 1/8 inch thick.

  5. Using a sharp knife, cut the dough into small crackers.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.

  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
