Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp anise extract
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting
