Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the pitted cherries, almond milk, honey, grated ginger, star anise, and ice cubes.

  2. Blend until it becomes smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a sprinkle of star anise powder.
